Melnikov Mikhail Evstafievich

Genus. in 1897. Member of the CPSU(b) since 1927. Higher education. In 1918 he worked as secretary of the editorial office of the news of the Kronstadt Soviet. From 1919 to 1921 he participated in the civil war on the side of the “Reds” and served in the Baltic Fleet. From 1921 to 1926 - student at the Leningrad Technological Institute. from November 13, 1936 he was appointed director of plant No. 7. In 1938 he was arrested by the NKVD. 09/03/1938 expelled from the party.
In July 1939 he was released from custody due to the termination of his case. 11/29/1939 reinstated in the party. 02/07/1940 left for the Molotov district committee of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks.*
