Genus. in 1877 in Konotop district of Chernigov province; nobleman. He received a higher education and worked as an economist in institutions in Leningrad. Married, later widower. In March 1935 he was exiled with his son to Orel for 5 years. In June 1936 he was there, working as a senior economist at the artel. In 1937 he was arrested, by a resolution of the troika at the NKVD in the Oryol region dated November 29-30, 1937, he was sentenced to military service and executed. Rehabilitated by the Presidium of the Oryol Regional Court on April 23, 1956.
