Born 04/24/1908 in locality. Vekshni, Kovno province, in the family of a teacher. At the age of 11, an employee: delivery boy, storekeeper, laborer in Astrakhan. Since 1926 student of the Faculty of Economics of LPI, at the same time until 1928. a loader at the port, and then a teacher at the workers' department of the Technological Institute. During the reorganization of universities in July 1930. transferred to the economics department of LEMI, graduated in 1931, and was retained to teach. At the same time, he is an assistant and graduate student at LEMI, as well as an engineer at the Russian Diesel plant. Member of the CPSU(b). After the merger of industry universities (1934), assistant at the Faculty of Engineering and Economics of the LII and head. planning and economic department at the plant. Arrested 07/15/1937. Due to his arrest, he was expelled from the party. By order of the institute dated September 19, 1937, he was dismissed “for lack of workload.” Sentenced by a resolution of the Supreme Court of the USSR Supreme Court dated November 19, 1937 under Article No. 59-7,8,11 to VMN. Shot on November 24, 1937.
