Born May 27, 1911 in St. Petersburg, secondary specialized education, member of the All-Union Leninist Young Communist League. Lived in Leningrad (Dmitrovsky Lane, Bldg. 4, Apt. 3). Worked as a trainer at the Civil Air Fleet Aviation Technical School. Arrested February 7, 1937. Sentenced by the decree of the General Assembly under the NKVD of the USSR dated March 16, 1938 to 5 years in a labor camp. Imprisoned in Kolyma (Dalstroy, Susuman - Stakhanovets mine, then in Magadan). Released in 1946, lived in Barnaul. Arrested in Barnaul in August 1949. Sentenced by the decree of the General Assembly under the MGB of the USSR dated February 4, 1950 to exile to a settlement in Krasnoyarsk Krai. In exile in Tyukhtet (logging), Krasnoyarsk ("Dynamo"), then in Kansk ("Dynamo", GORONO, Hydrolysis Plant). Released in 1956 by the decision of the Presidium of the Leningrad City Court on rehabilitation dated 13.07.1956. Returned to Leningrad, continued to work as a coach ("Honored Coach of the RSFSR"), all-Union category judge in Greco-Roman and freestyle wrestling, member of the Presidium of the Greco-Roman Wrestling Federation. In the 1990s, he worked in the medical unit of the Lesgaft Institute (physiotherapy, massage). Member of the Memorial Society since 1990. Died in St. Petersburg in February 2000.
