Mochinyat Zakhar Zakharovich

Definition: Military political instructor, party worker.

Born in 1899. Married A.V. Mochinyat. in 1919. He was a military political instructor. Awarded for the capture of bandits. He was a commissar of an armored train. He worked as director of a grain state farm in the Kalinin region, secretary of the party organization in the Leningrad Circus, and led the work on creating a new state farm and power plant in Ufa. Arrested in 1937. Expelled from the party as an enemy of the people on August 9, 1938. Sentenced by the NKVD Troika to death with confiscation of property. Rehabilitated by a resolution of the Bureau of the Voroshilovgrad Regional Committee of the Party of Ukraine on January 24, 1989.
