Arrested 10/21/1937. 05/23/1938 sentenced by the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR to military service with confiscation of property and deprivation of military rank under Art. 58-1b, 58-8, 58-9, 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR. Shot on May 23, 1938. Burial place - Khabarovsk. Rehabilitated on 10/03/1957 by determination of the Supreme Court of the USSR Armed Forces for lack of corpus delicti.
