Since 1928, teacher and head teacher of the Novgorod Soviet Party School. In 1932-1933 studied at the graduate school of the Komvuz. Yu.Markhlevsky. Since 1933 - instructor and head. Department of Agitation and Propaganda of the Kingisepp District Party Committee of the Leningrad Region. In 1937, he was expelled from the party and dismissed from work “for loss of party vigilance.” In February 1938 he was arrested in Volkhovstroy, Leningrad Region. Sentenced under Art. 58 by 5 years of labor camp. He served his term in camps in the northern Urals near Solikamsk (Usollag). In 1943, the term of imprisonment was extended “until further notice.” Released in July 1946. In September 1949, he was arrested for the second time in the city of Novotroitsk, Orenburg Region. After several months in prison, he was sent into exile in the village of Borovoe, Tyukhten district, Krasnoyarsk Territory. Released from exile in 1954. Moved to Ordzhonikidze. Rehabilitated and reinstated in the party in 1956. Died in 1986.
