Genus. in 1930 in the Ukrainian SSR, Donetsk region, Makeevsky district, Zemlyanka village; Ukrainian; electrician. 3rd year student of the evening department of the Faculty of History of Kyiv University. Lived in Kyiv. Arrested on June 26, 1968 for producing and distributing leaflets about the Russification of Ukraine. Sentenced by the Kyiv Regional Court on January 31, 1969 under Article 62 Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the Ukrainian SSR to 5 years in a penal colony. He served his sentence in Dubravlaga, camp No. 11, 19, 17 and Perm camp No. 35. Released on June 26, 1973. After his release, he settled in the town of Yasinovskaya, Donetsk region.
