Naishul Vitaly Arkadievich

Born in 1949 in Moscow. He graduated from the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics of Moscow State University, worked at the Research Institute of Economics under the USSR State Planning Committee, then at the Central Economics and Mathematics Institute (CEMI) of the USSR Academy of Sciences - RAS. Since 1992 - President of the Institute of National Economic Model. Author of a number of works on economics. In 1985, he published (under a pseudonym) in samizdat the book “Another Life,” in which he compared economic life in the USA and the USSR.
