Genus. in 1884 in Tsaritsyn; Russian; from the peasants, the son of a dray driver; b/p, higher education: graduated from the Moscow Institute of National Economy in 1918. In 1919 he lived in the city of Khvalynsk, Saratov province. In 1930 he lived in Moscow, a teacher (associate professor) at the Institute of Consumer Cooperation, as well as a senior consultant in the supply sector of the People's Commissariat of Trade of the USSR; arrested on November 2, 1930 “for participation in a counter-revolutionary sabotage organization”; sentenced by the OS at the Kogpu on April 23, 1931 under Art. 58-7 by 5 years of ITL; in 1933 he was imprisoned in Dalstroy; released early on February 23, 1934. Until 1939 he worked as an economist in Dalstroy (Magadan), then in Moscow. He died in 1963 and was buried at the Golovinsky cemetery. Rehabilitated in the 1930 case by the USSR Prosecutor's Office on August 2, 1990.
