Naselenko Panfil Timofeevich
Priest, rector of the Kronstadt Cathedral
Genus. in 1870 in the village. Oradovka, Christian volost, Uman district, Kyiv province; Ukrainian; b/p; secondary vocational education. In 1912 he was elected a member of the State Duma from the Kyiv province. He was a member of the faction of Russian nationalists and moderate rightists (1912-1917). Priest, rector of the Kronstadt Cathedral. Arrested on September 18, 1930 OS PP OGPU in the Leningrad Military District. Charged under Art. 58-10, 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR (member of the counter-revolutionary group of “former people” and persons dissatisfied with the existing system). On April 13, 1931, the visiting Session of the OGPU Collegium sentenced him to imprisonment in a concentration camp for a period of 5 years. Imprisoned in a concentration camp in the city of Kem, Murmansk region. 06/13/1934 released on parole. Rehabilitated by the Conclusion of the Military Prosecutor of the Baltic Fleet dated June 30, 1989.
