Genus. in 1898 in Friedrichstadt, Courland province; Jew; until 1935 - member of the CPSU (b), expelled; higher education (Electrotechnical Institute). In 1936 he lived in Leningrad, deputy head of the department of theoretical mechanics at LETI. Arrested 06/04/1936; sentenced by the OSO under the NKVD of the USSR on August 22, 1936 to 5 years in labor camp. In 1949 he lived in Vologda, head of the department of mechanics at the Vologda Dairy Institute. Arrested 05/09/1949; accused under Art. 58-10 part 2, 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR; sentenced by the OSO at the USSR MGB on July 30, 1949 to exile in a settlement. Rehabilitated by the Judicial Collegium for Criminal Cases of the USSR Armed Forces on August 24, 1955.
