Nivinsky (Nevinsky) Stanislav Iustinovich

Genus. in 1902 in Odessa; Pole; higher education; member of the RSDLP(b) since 1915, was in the Bolshevik underground in the rear of the NKVD of the Krasnoyarsk Territory of the Whites. Expelled from the CPSU(b); builder of special vessels at Dalzavod. Lived in Vladivostok. Arrested 07/21/1937. Convicted by the Supreme Commissariat of the USSR Armed Forces on May 28, 1940 under Art. 58-1a, 4, 7, 9, 11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR for 10 years of labor camp and 5 years of defeat of political rights. Arrested again on April 27, 1949. Convicted on July 30, 1949 by OSO MGB of the USSR under Art. 58-7, 11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to the reference to settlement in the Krasnoyarsk Territory. In the early 50s he was in exile in Norilsk. On March 30, 1957, the Military Commissariat of the USSR Armed Forces was rehabilitated.
