Nikolaev Sergey Vasilievich

Genus. in 1890 in Tula; Russian; secondary education. Pilot editor in the Hydrographic Department of the Main Northern Sea Route. Arrested on April 29, 1938 by the NKVD in the Leningrad Region. He was accused of being a member of the Russian Association of Nationalist Democrats (ROND) k / r organization, accepted the task during the war between Germany and the USSR to organize acts of sabotage on the territory of the USSR at the most important defense facilities and insurrectionary actions, i.e. pr.pr.st. 19-58-9 and 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR. On May 17, 1939, the deputy head of the UNKV LO sent the investigative case to the Special Meeting of the NKVD of the USSR for consideration. 07/13/1939 the case against Nikolaev was dismissed on the grounds of Art. 204 p "b" Code of Criminal Procedure of the RSFSR.
