Odintsov Kirill Sergeevich
Born in 1903 in St. Petersburg into a noble family; son of a general: Russian; secondary education - graduated from the Cadet Corps . After the revolution, he worked as an inspector of the statistical group of the Regional State Bank. Lived in Leningrad. After the arrest and execution of his wife in 1937, in 1938 he was exiled with his nine-year-old daughter to the city of Kustanai. He worked as the head of the statistical group of the Kustanai Regional State Bank. Arrested on 09.10.1941 by the NKVD Directorate for the Kustanai Region. Sentenced to capital punishment by the Kustanai Regional Court on 22.11.1941 under Article 58-10 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR. Rehabilitated in 1993 by the Kostanai Regional Prosecutor's Office on the basis of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 14.04.1993.
On May 20, 2018, a personal memorial sign was installed on house No. 28 on Zagorodny Prospekt in memory of K.S. Odintsov as part of the Last Address project.
