In 1930 he lived in Moscow: he worked as an economist at Giprotsvetmet; arrested 08/28/1930; sentenced to Kogpu on May 10, 1931 under Art. 58-7, 11 to 3 years of exile; served his sentence in Sverdlovsk. By decree of the Kogpu dated May 16, 1933, he was released early with permission to live freely on the territory of the USSR. Rehabilitated by the Moscow City Court on May 20, 1965.
