In 1936 he lived in Leningrad, worked as a designer in the technical department of plant No. 7; arrested 11/20/1936; sentenced by VT LVO on May 28, 1937 under Art. 58-6 part 1, 58-14, 58-10 part 1 and 58-11 to 8 years in labor camp with confiscation of property and loss of rights for 3 years, beginning of the term 11/20/1936, end of the term 11/20/1944. By order of the Deputy People's Commissar of Internal Affairs, he was sent by convoy to Kokand on July 20, 1941. By a resolution of the OS under the USSR Ministry of State Security dated April 2, 1949, he was sentenced to deportation to a settlement without specifying a period. Rehabilitated in cases of 1936 and 1949 by decisions of the Plenums of the Supreme Court of the USSR on January 31, 1956 and February 20, 1963.
