Genus. 11/10/1898 in Tarvast parish. Fellinsky U. Livland province; Estonian; higher education; member of the CPSU (b) in 1917–1935. Graduated from the Industrial Academy named after. Stalin, engineer-organizer of the machine-building industry. Lived in Leningrad (Fontanka River embankment, 27, apt. 28). In 1933–1934 deputy. chief engineer of Lenenergo, in 1934–1935 director of the Lenenergo repair plant, in 1936 director of the Volkhovstroevets state farm at Volkhovstroi (Len. Region). He was under investigation and released in 1935. Arrested for the second time on August 20, 1936. Sentenced on 25. (according to other sources, 24.) 12.1936 by a visiting session of the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR under Art. 17-58-8, 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 8 years in prison with loss of rights for 5 years and confiscation of property. In custody on Solovki. By resolution of the Special Troika of the UNKVD LO dated 10.10.1937 he was sentenced to VMN. Shot on November 4, 1937 in the Sandormokh tract (Karelian Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic). Rehabilitated on January 4, 1958 by the decision of the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR
