Pavlikov Alexander Stepanovich

Genus. in 1888 in Moscow; Russian; higher technical education; Head, Irtysh plant. Lived in the village. Glubokoe, East Kazakhstan region, Glubokovsky district. Arrested on November 5, 1940 by the NKVD for East Kazakhstan region. Sentenced by the East Kazakhstan Regional Court on July 27, 1941 under Art. 58-7, 58-10, 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 20 years in labor camp. Rehabilitated on February 26, 1999 by the Prosecutor's Office of the East Kazakhstan Region on the basis of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 14, 1993.
