In 1945 he was in Berlin, working in a private consignment store as a typewriter and watch repairman; arrested 12/08/1945; sentenced on February 26, 1946 to the Berlin garrison under Art. 58-1 “a” to 10 years in prison for the fact that in March 1942 he voluntarily went to live in Germany, where in Stettin at the Vulcan shipyard he worked as a typewriter repairman, and in March 1945 in connection with the offensive The Red Army was evacuated to Berlin. Rehabilitated by the Prosecutor's Office of the Smolensk Region on July 15, 1993.
