Born in 1901 in St. Petersburg; secondary education. Commissar of the patrol vessel "Groza" of the SVF. Lived in Murmansk, Krasnoarmeyskaya St., Bldg. 6, Apt. 3. Arrested on 25.01.1935 by the NKVD Directorate for Leningrad Oblast. Sentenced on 20.07.1935 by the military tribunal of the Leningrad Military District under Art. 58-1a and 116 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to capital punishment. Executed on 17.09.1935 in Leningrad. Rehabilitated by the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR on 20.05.1958. In 1938, his wife and two children were exiled to the city of Rybinsk in the Yaroslavl Oblast, from where they returned in 1961.
