Plinatus Lev Fedorovich
Born in 1876 in St. Petersburg; Russian; no name. Head of the technical library of the Okhta Chemical Plant, translator from German, English and French . Lived in Leningrad, Glinka St., Building 3, Apt. 45. Arrested on November 4, 1937 by the NKVD Directorate for the Leningrad Region. Sentenced. 03.01.1938 By the Commission of the NKVD and the USSR Prosecutor's Office under Art. 58-6-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to capital punishment. Shot in Leningrad on 11.01.1938. Rehabilitated by the determination of the Military Tribunal of the Leningrad Military District dated 27.10.1958.
On September 27, 2015, a personal memorial sign was installed on house No. 3 on Glinka Street in St. Petersburg in memory of L.F. Plinatus as part of the Last Address project.
