Artishevsky (Artishevsky) V.K. (aka Antonov V.S.)
Genus. in 1927 in Leningrad; Russian. Arrested on 05/05/1951 by the counterintelligence department of the MGB PRIVO. Accused of crimes under Art. Art. 19-58-1 “b”, 58-10 part 1, 72 part 1, part 4 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR and Art. 2nd Decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR dated 06/09/1947 “On liability for disclosure of state secrets and for the loss of documents containing state secrets.” By the verdict of the Military Tribunal of the Volga Military District dated January 21, 1952, he was convicted under Art. 58-1 “b” to imprisonment in a correctional labor camp for a period of 25 years with loss of rights in paragraphs “a” and “c” of Art. 31 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR for a period of 5 years. By the ruling of the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR dated January 21, 1956, on the basis of Art. 1 and 6 of the Decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Council on amnesty in 1953, he was released from punishment and from custody with his criminal record expunged. He worked as an electrician and lived in Saratov. Arrested for the second time on 02/26/1957 by the Leningrad Region KGB. He was accused of intending to cross the border illegally. By the ruling of the Judicial Collegium for Criminal Cases of the Leningrad Regional Court dated 08/07/1957, he was convicted under Art. 19-84 to imprisonment in a correctional labor camp for a period of 3 years. On August 16, 1957 he was transferred to the Dubravny camp of the USSR Ministry of Internal Affairs.
