Genus. in 1897 in the village. Teleshi, Gomel district, Mogilev province; Belarusian; from peasants; secondary education (graduated from a real school); member of the Communist Party of Western Belarus since 1923. Former lieutenant of the Tsarist and White armies. He was arrested in Poland for belonging to the Communist Party. In the USSR since 1927. Before his arrest, he lived in the area. Liozno, Vitebsk district; in 1929–1930 a member of the board of the Liozny Consumer Union, in 1930–1931 a member of the board of the district collective farm union. Arrested on January 16, 1931 by the Vitebsk OGPU operational sector and accused of “espionage.” By the resolution of the Troika PP of the OGPU in the BSSR dated 07/04/1931, he was sentenced according to Art. 68 of the Criminal Code of the BSSR to execution. By a resolution of the OGPU Collegium dated March 13, 1932, execution was replaced by 10 years in labor camp. While imprisoned in Solovki, he worked “in supplying the Solovetsky branch of the BBK.” Arrested for “squandering the food fund”, sentenced by resolution of the OGPU Collegium dated February 10, 1934 according to Art. 111 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 2 years in a fine jail (from 03/25/1934 to 03/25/1936). By the resolution of the Special Troika of the UNKVD of the Leningrad Region dated October 14, 1937, he was sentenced to VMN. Shot on November 1, 1937 in the Sandormokh tract (Karelian Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic). In the case of 1931, he was rehabilitated on December 8, 1988 by the Military Tribunal of the Belarusian Military District.
