Arrested again in Blagoveshchensk (?), sentenced by the Khabarovsk Regional Court on August 5, 1940 under Art. 58-14 to 9 years 1 month 3 days of imprisonment (total term); 06/16/1941 sentenced to VMN; shot 09/08/1941. rehabilitated in the 1941 case on March 30, 1993.
