Born in 1909 in Polotsk (BSSR); Polish; member of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) in 1930-1937. Roadmaster of the 7th precinct of the 13th section of the track service of the October Railway. Lived in Leningrad, Shosseynaya station, railway booth 11th km of the southern semi-ring. Arrested on 26 October 1937. Sentenced on 14 December 1937 by the Commission of the NKVD and the Prosecutor's Office of the USSR under Article 58-6 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to capital punishment. Shot in Leningrad on 20 December 1937.
