Genus. in 1902 in St. Petersburg; Higher education: in 1923 he graduated from the legal department of Petrograd University. Arrested on January 18, 1923. Sentenced by the NKVD Commission on Administrative Expulsions to deportation to Karakol (Kyrgyzstan) for 2 years. 05/19/1925 OS KOGPU was sentenced to deprivation of the right to reside in cities with higher educational institutions for a period of 3 years at the end of the term of exile. By a resolution of the Amnesty Commission on December 23, 1927, the sentence was reduced by 1/4. In 1931 he lived in Leningrad, Demidov Lane, 3, apt. 23. Arrested 01/06/1931. On June 23, 1931, the Kogpu was sentenced to deprivation of the right to reside in 12 settlements, as well as in Chita and the Omsk region, with attachment to a specific place of residence for a period of 3 years. Released from custody and deported to Yaroslavl. In 1937 he lived in Slutsk, Leningrad Region (30 Derevenskaya St.), worked as an economist at the Vulcanizator artel. Arrested 04/10/1937. Sentenced by OS NKVD on July 29, 1937 under Art. 58-10, 11 to 5 years of correctional labor camp. Died in 1971. Rehabilitated by the St. Petersburg Prosecutor's Office in the case of 1923 (or 1925?) 06/24/1998; in the case of 1931 - October 23, 1989; in the case of 1937 - by the Presidium of the Leningrad City Court on May 30, 1958.
