Genus. in 1893 in the village. Rossoshki Umansky district Kyiv province Pole, secondary education. Lived in Leningrad, worked as a senior accountant at the Gosotdelstroy trust. On 03/09/1935 he was exiled with his family to Astrakhan for a period of 5 years. He worked as an accountant in the Zagotzerno office. Arrested in Astrakhan on February 24, 1938. By resolution of the NKVD of the USSR dated 05/04/1938, he was sentenced to VMN under Art. 58-6. Shot on June 5, 1938. Rehabilitated by the Resolution of the Presidium of the Leningrad City Court dated January 29, 1960.
