Born in 1900 in Riga, Latvia; Latvian; from the workers' community; member of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) . Member of the Chelyabinsk Regional Court. Lived in Chelyabinsk. Arrested on 17.08.1941. Sentenced on 08.01.1942 by the Sverdlovsk Regional Court under Art. 58-10 Part 2 to 10 years in a labor camp. Rehabilitated on 01.10.1955 by the Supreme Court of the RSFSR.
