Art. 319 and 320 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the RSFSR, sentenced to VMN with a criminal offense. Shot 08/12/1942 08/14/1954 the verdict was overturned and the case was based on Art. 4 clause 5 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the RSFSR was terminated.
