Sax Karl Karlovich
Genus. in 1892 in Fellinsky district. Livland province; Estonian; lower education; a carpenter; member of the CPSU (b) in 1911–1936. Lived in Leningrad (address before arrest: Tolmacheva St., 26, apt. 5), personal pensioner since 1930. Arrested on 08/22/1936, accused of participation in the “Trotskyist-Zinoviev organization that committed […] the murder of S.M. Kirov". Sentenced on December 25, 1936 by a visiting session of the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR under Art. 17-58-8, 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 10 years in prison with disqualification for 5 years and confiscation of property. In custody in Solovetsky prison. By resolution of the Special Troika of the UNKVD LO dated 10.10.1937 he was sentenced to VMN. Shot on November 4, 1937 in the Sandormokh tract (Karelian Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic). Rehabilitated on 04/06/1957 by the ruling of the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR
