Genus. 08/19/1904 in Arzamas. In 1919 he joined the Komsomol. Elected secretary of the city committee of the Komsomol, and from January 1921 - executive secretary of the Arzamaz regional committee of the Komsomol, member of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks. In September 1921, the Nizhny Novgorod provincial committee of the RKSM was sent to Vyksa as head of political education. In December 1921, he was elected secretary of the Vyksa regional committee and a member of the provincial committee of the Komsomol. In September 1923, the Komsomol Provincial Committee sent him to work in the Komsomol organization in Sormovo. In June 1924, he was elected a member of the bureau of the Nizhny Novgorod Provincial Committee, a delegate to the VI Congress of the RKSM. In the summer of 1925, he became the executive secretary of the Nizhny Novgorod Provincial Committee, then a candidate member of the Komsomol Central Committee. In 1925, he took part in the VII Congress of the Komsomol, at which he was elected to the Central Committee of the Komsomol. In 1927, he was promoted to work in the Central Committee of the Komsomol, moved to live in Moscow and settled in apartment No. 90 “Houses on the Embankment” with his two sisters Olga and Margarita. He heads the Central Bureau of Young Pioneers, later heads the Organizational Department, and from December 1929 for six years he works as 2nd Secretary of the Komsomol Central Committee. He is involved in organizing teams of Komsomol members and sending them to the largest construction sites in the country. In 1933 he was awarded the Order of Lenin for successful work. After the Tenth Congress of the Komsomol, he was transferred to party work. Since April 1936 - head of the timber and paper group of the CPC under the Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks. Arrested on July 5, 1937, and executed on November 27, 1937. His sisters, who lived with him, and his brother were also arrested. Rehabilitated 05/09/1956.
