Art. 58-1a, 19-58-9, 58-10 and 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR (as amended in 1926) as a member of a counter-revolutionary espionage and sabotage group that existed in the GIPH. Sentenced by a Special Meeting of the NKVD of the USSR on November 10, 1939 to 5 years in labor camp.

Died in the camp on April 24, 1942. Rehabilitated by the Leningrad Military District on April 22, 1957.
