Simonov Vadim Viktorovich

Genus. in 1961 in Leningrad, Russian, secondary education, conscript. Arrested on November 19, 1981 in Pervomaisk, Ukrainian SSR on charges of espionage. Convicted on May 24, 1982 by the Military Tribunal of military unit 16666 under Art. 56 part 1 of the Criminal Code of the Ukrainian SSR to 10 years in a high-security penal colony, with detention for the first 2 years in prison. He was held in the Chistopol prison (October 1982 - November 1983) and in the Perm region (VS-389-37, VS-389/35). Released on September 7, 1987 due to pardon. Returned to Leningrad.
