Genus. in 1931 in the village. Seredina-Buda, Seredina-Buda district, Sumy region, Ukrainian SSR; Russian; 7th grade education Electromechanic at the Medtekhnika plant. 03/19/1966 arrested under Art. 70 part 1 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR. By the ruling of the Krasnodar Regional Court dated August 22, 1966, he was declared insane and sent for compulsory treatment in St. Petersburg. By ruling of the Krasnodar Regional Court dated May 28, 1968, he was released from a psychiatric hospital from compulsory treatment. Lived in Krasnodar.
Arrested 07/12/1981. Sentenced by the Krasnodar Regional Court on November 13, 1981 under Article 70, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 4 years in a penal colony. He served his sentence in Dubravlaga, village. Barashevo, ZH-385/3. Released in July 1985. Rehabilitated on March 2, 1992 by the conclusion of the Prosecutor's Office of the Krasnodar Territory in accordance with the Law of the RSFSR "On the Rehabilitation of Victims of Political Repression" dated October 18, 1991. He worked as an electrician in Krasnodar.
