He was accused of being a member of the anti-Soviet sabotage organization “Spasskoye Brotherhood” and being engaged in counter-revolutionary activities, Art. 67, evasion of general useful work, Art. 69, resistance to government officials, Art. 73 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR. By the resolution of the OS at the OGPU collegium dated September 26, 1924. imprisoned in a concentration camp for two years. Rehabilitated on October 10, 1991.
