Was arrested by the NKVD on December 27, 1941. Accused of a crime under Art. 58-10 part 2 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR. On 03/03/1942, the military tribunal of the NKVD troops of Lenokrug sentenced him to imprisonment in a correctional labor camp for a period of 10 years with confiscation of property and loss of rights for a period of 5 years. 04/06/1942 sent to Volgolag NKVD.
