Born in 1882   v. Gorki, Smolensk region; Russian; incomplete secondary education ; member of the All-Union Communist Party (bolsheviks) in 1930-1936. Lived in the city of Zaporozhye. He also worked as a concrete inspector in the construction materials laboratory of the Zaporizhstal plant. Arrested on 17.04.1938. Sentenced to capital punishment by the NKVD troika for the Dnepropetrovsk region on 15.10.1938 . Executed on 29.11.1938. Rehabilitated in 1958.
