Genus. in 1896 in the village. Chernecha Sloboda, Romensky district, Poltava province. Sentenced to the Baltic Fleet on May 26, 1948 under Art. 58-1 "b" of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 25 years of imprisonment in a correctional labor camp with confiscation of property, loss of rights for 5 years and deprivation of the military rank of "captain 3rd rank"; as well as under Art. 182 p.1 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR - to 3 years of imprisonment in a correctional labor camp with confiscation of a Finnish knife, without loss of rights. The total sentence is 25 years in labor camp.
By the ruling of the Military Court of the Red Banner Baltic Fleet dated 02/20/1996, the verdict of 05/26/1948 regarding his conviction under Art. 58-10 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR was repealed. The rest of the sentence was left unchanged. NOT SUBJECT TO REHABILITATION.
