On December 20, 1936 - employee of the NKVD in the Far Eastern Territory, GB sergeant; on 07/01/1939 - assistant to the operational officer of the NKVD OO of the Pacific Fleet, GB lieutenant; until 07/31/1940 - head of the NKVD OO of the 4th naval brigade of the Pacific Fleet. 07/31/1940 for violating social legislation “he was completely dismissed and excluded from registration in accordance with Article 38, paragraph “c” of the Regulations.” Arrested 08/07/1940. Sentenced on March 13, 1941 by the Military Tribunal of the NKVD troops of the Primorsky Territory to 8 years in prison.
