Genus. in 1897 in the village of Volchki, Radomysl district, Kiev province, Jew, candidate member of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) in 1931-1937, head of rubber footwear production at the Red Triangle plant, lived in Leningrad, Lesnoy pr., 59, bldg. "v", sq. 42. Arrested 03/17/1937. On August 24, 1937, the visiting session of the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR in Leningrad sentenced under Art. Art. 58-7-8-9-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to capital punishment. Shot in Leningrad on August 24, 1937.
