Since 04/17/1938, head of the Administrative and Economic Directorate (since 1941 - Economic Directorate) of the NKVD of the USSR. From 03/27/1947 to 1953 - deputy. Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Azerbaijan SSR. Lieutenant General (07/09/1945). Discharged from the Ministry of Internal Affairs to the reserve on 04/03/1947. Arrested 07/15/1953. In December 1955 he was placed in the Leningrad special prison. psycho. hospital. Died during the investigation in 1960.
