In 1922-1924. - demobilized, worked as a firefighter at the Leningrad Maly Opera and Ballet Theater. Arrested on 01/02/1925, accused of counter-revolutionary activities and connections with monarchists abroad, sentenced by a resolution of the Special Meeting at the OGPU Collegium to deprivation of the right to reside in Leningrad, Pskov, Odessa, Kharkov, Rostov-on-Don for a period of 3 years. Lived in Ryazan. Released on November 3, 1928, he returned to Leningrad in December. In 1933 he worked as a foreman at the Leningrad timber rafting yard. Arrested on 02/13/1933, accused under Article 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR that “being an active participant in Bebutov’s counter-revolutionary rebel group, he took direct part in developing a plan for sabotage and terrorist acts, acquired dynamite and weapons for this purpose, and committed one act of sabotage - arson of a collective farm barn with bread." By a resolution of the troika of the plenipotentiary representation of the OGPU in the Leningrad Military District dated 05/07/1933, he was sentenced to VMN. Shot on May 25, 1933. Rehabilitated: in the case of 1925 - 07/11/1990 by the Presidium of the Leningrad City Court; in the case of 1933 - 10/06/1958 by the Military Tribunal of the Leningrad Military District.
