Born September 23, 1902 in the village of Sretensk, Transbaikal Region, in the family of a telegraph operator; member of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks). In 1918-1919 he worked as a hammerman in a forge. In 1920-1922 in the Red Army. In 1923 - a lumberjack, in 1924-1925 again in the army - a cadet of the regimental school. In 1925-1926 - a postman, since 1927 in trade union work. Since 1929 a laborer and assembler at the Vulcan plant in Leningrad. Since 1931, after graduating from the workers' faculty - a student at LEMI. In 1937 he graduated from the electromechanical faculty of LII and remained in graduate school in the department of electrical measurements. From 1939 in production, then transferred to party work. Before his arrest - third secretary of the Saratov regional committee of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks). Arrested on 24.08.1949 in Gorky under the "Leningrad case". Placed in Lefortovo prison in Moscow. Sentenced by the decree of the Supreme Commission of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR dated 28.10.1950 under Art. 58-1,7,10,11 to capital punishment. Shot on 28.10.1950. Rehabilitated by the Supreme Commission of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR on 26.05.1954.
