Genus. in 1895 in the village. Balkovtsy Starokonstantinovsky district. Volyn province; Russian; Member of the CPSU (b) in 1924-1936; foreman of the mechanical workshop of the Krasnoznamenets plant. Lived in Leningrad, Kapsulnoye Shosse, 40, apt. 97. Arrested on July 21, 1936. Sentenced by the visiting session of the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR in Leningrad on December 25, 1936. according to Art. Art. 17-58-8, 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 10 years in prison. He served his sentence in Solovki. Sentenced by the Special Troika of the UNKVD LO on October 10, 1937 to VMN. Shot on November 4, 1937. Burial place - in Karelia (Sandormokh). Rehabilitated by the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR on June 6, 1957.
