Genus. in 1898 in the city of Bialystok, Grodno province; Jew; higher education. In 1936 he lived in Stalingrad, worked as an engineer at the Central Laboratory of the STZ; arrested 10/02/1936; sentenced by the OS NKVD of the USSR on October 23, 1936 to 5 years in prison; sent to Sevvostlag, transferred to Vladivostok 09.11.1936. In 1938 – prisoner of Sevvostlag; sentenced by the Troika UNKVD for Dalstroy on 02/17/1938 to VMN; executed on March 8, 1938 in Magadan. Rehabilitated in the 1938 case by the Presidium of the Magadan Regional Court on January 23, 1958.
