Genus. in 1910 in Smolensk province; Jew; Secretary of the Komsomol district committee. Lived in the p. Pavlovsk, Pavlovsky district. Arrested 10/25/1937. Sentenced by a Special Meeting of the NKVD of the USSR on September 10, 1941 under Art. 58-8, 11 of the Criminal Code for 8 years in labor camp. At a special meeting on October 26, 1949, he was exiled to a settlement in the Krasnoyarsk Territory. Rehabilitated on 05/05/1959 by the Supreme Court of the USSR for lack of corpus delicti.
