Genus. in 1922 in the Rudbarzhu parish of Latvia, Latvian, secondary education, technical school student. Arrested on October 13, 1946. in Riga by the KGB of the Latvian SSR. Convicted by the Military Tribunal under Art. 58-1a to VMN. 06/11/1947 The military collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR changed the sentence to 25 years in prison. He was held in Kolyma, Karaganda, Kemerovo, Omsk, Taishet. Released on December 14, 1962. Returned to Riga. Rehabilitated on September 10, 1991. Supreme Court of Latvia.
