Great-nephew of General Voitsekhovsky S.N. in the early 1950s he was taken with his family to Uzbekistan. After living there for a year, the family moved to the Urals to Sverdlovsk. And after some time he left with his family for Kharkov. Left Russia with the fall of the Iron Curtain.
