He was accused of belonging to a “right-wing Trotskyist counter-revolutionary organization.” Sentenced by the visiting session of the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR on October 27, 1937 under Art. 58-8-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to the VMN. Shot on the same day. Rehabilitated by the Military Commissariat of the USSR Armed Forces on February 22, 1956.
